What does the Narrow path really Mean?
This Sunday Sept. 23rd Praise Community Fellowship will meet at 10:30am at 800 North Main Street Edwardsville at Immanuel Methodist Church. We are looking forward to being back with our church family and friends.
This Thursday evening, Sept 20th, Bonni will be leading the Raise the Praise worship group for our 2nd gathering. We begin at 7:00pm and finish at 8:30. Everyone is welcome to participate or just enjoy the praise and worship through powerful choir music. This group is open to all churches and all denominations and for anyone who enjoys worship music or for anyone in need of an uplifting evening of worship and prayer.
This Sunday I will be looking at several of Jesus’ teachings that I think show most of us that we really don’t fully understand what the Gospel really means to us. Hint, when you fully understand the Gospel message your Christianity will radically change your life. You truly will be set free from what ever has you shackled and in bondage. Yes I will address the broad and narrow path. I think you are going to be surprised and I am going to teach beyond what I have talked about before on this verse. Church should be a place of complete love, acceptance, and a place to be spiritually fed with God’s word so that we can walk in Grace with our Lord Jesus. It is then that we can be a true blessing to others.

Linda Klingle . Linda and Steve moved to South America a little over a year ago but they are coming back home to Edwardsville because Linda has developed a rare autoimmune disease which is affecting her organs. We pray for God’s healing and Peace for Linda and Steve as we also welcome them back to Edwardsville.
Pete Fornof Please pray for God’s healing touch and for strength as he continues his treatments.
Mike Portell continued prayers for Mike’s healing and recovery from surgery.
