Religion is man’s way to attempt to get to God. Jesus is God’s way to get to man.

Our next gathering will be November 18th at 10:30am. We will once again be looking at ways to live our mission of No Walls as a family and as individuals  outside the walls of the church.

In John 8 Jesus said,  ‘To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples.  Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

The freedom that Jesus offers is not something that comes like magic or without cost. There is always a cost for freedom. The price of the freedom Jesus offers us has been paid by him because you and I couldn’t afford it. It is a gift. But to put the gift into action is your responsibility. Read your bibles. Do what Jesus teaches. Meet with other believers and pray with one another and encourage one another. Get involved with someone who really needs to know Jesus. You can start by praying for that person and by asking God  to open a door for you to enter into their life so you can be Jesus to them.

You have to do what Jesus teaches to know the truth and have that truth set you free!  That truth took me a while to understand. I thought if I believed in Jesus that everything would just magically start making my life better. Do you believe in ibuprofen or aspirin when you have a headache?  It works even better if you actually take it! There is definitely Freedom in Jesus’ teachings but you must apply his teachings if you want the results. I can tell you from experience that He will probably ask you to do some things that are going to be the hardest things you have ever had to do in your life, like forgive a person that you currently think is unforgivable. But it is in that kind of obedience that you will experience the reality of Jesus and the Holy Spirit like you have never before. Obedience to God’s word activates Gods power in your life!

Your life can become amazing starting today by committing to reading the bible and praying for wisdom and then putting what you are learning into daily practice. It will blow your socks off once you start living this way. I promise! The best news is, you don’t have to go to church to make any of this happen. Church can play a vital role in a believers life “IF” the church is feeding your soul. If you are going to church just because your grandma did and your mom made you go when you were little and now you just feel obligated but you cannot wait until the service is over so you can get on with your day, let me help you! Stop going! You are waisting your precious time. You will know when you are in the right place when you feel loved and you truly feel as if God is speaking to you. Church should be a place where you grow spiritually, not die a slow death every Sunday while you suffer through the service. God’s truth is powerful and life changing. When you start walking with Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit everyday, your entire life’s purpose changes. You will think about everything differently! And if your life is not changing, I can tell you that you are not walking with Jesus because it is impossible to walk with Jesus and stay exactly where you at the same time.

Tear down the walls which are keeping you from living a truly fulfilling life. NO WALLS! Walk with Jesus, Learn from Him.

Praise Community Fellowship is an all volunteer Christian family that meets twice a month. Because we have no building and no salaries we can use our offerings to reach outside the walls of a church building and into our community and the world helping those with need. We believe in discipleship, that we are all called to be Jesus to those hurting around us. We have no membership requirements. We believe if you like what we stand for and what we are doing in the community and the world you will want to join us on our mission of No Walls.
